FUND RAISING QUESTIONS?
These are questions we have heard when discussing events with schools and
PTA - PTO Organizations. 

Q: Basically how does the GameShow Fun Raiser work to raise money?
A: We use a  Game Show set up for a competitive show between randomly drawn contestants.   Each ticket sold earns the participant a drawing ticket, increasing their chances of actually being in the game.  The sponsor ticket drawn by the highest scoring student of the day will earn the person who bought that ticket a portable GPS system of their vehicle.

Q: How is it determined what questions will be asked?
A:  The teachers can provide us with questions pertaining to their  classroom curriculum or perhaps state wide testing preparedness test base (Arizona - AIMS Testing) . We also can provide questions out of a standard test base or pop culture if desired. We have Bible trivia questions, sports, TV, movies, music... decade themed... any trivia you can imagine.

Q:  We have had issues where we pay a fund raising company their fees and then were not able to collect all the donations and ended up stuck with products.  How does your program solve that issue:
Answer: Our Fundraising program is designed so you have no collections after the fact.  the fee is based on money that is already collected by the day of the show, so you never get stuck handling products that you can not collect payments on and you do not have to worry about inventory, product counting or paying fees on money you will never see!

Q: We have trouble getting our kids excited over the little gimmicky dollar store trinkets they earn for sales.  What kind of prizes do you offer. 
We set a pre-determined amount of 10% of your sales to go straight to prizes for the kids.  We make sure every kid who participated gets something, but kids doing well in the game show will get to spin our prize wheel for bonus prizes and your top sales kids will win even larger prizes.  A typical game show event will include a choice of a Nintendo Wii System or a laptop computer, a flat screen TV, Personal portable DVD Player, MP3 Players, flash memory sticks, CD players, digital cameras and a host of other prizes.  You can opt to guarantee these prizes or it will be based on your total event earnings.


Q: Can parents / relatives come and watch the event?
A: We encourage you to get involved and come to watch... You might even find out if you are smarter than a 5th grader.  Please make sure you clear your visit with the school and follow their visiting parent procedures.  contact your skill for specific requirements.

Q: How will I know if my child is to participate in the game show?
A: We recommend a larger show with less participants. The participants are selected from the sponsor tickets turned in, so the more tickets a participant sells the more chance they will be on stage.  We will be doing interactive segments with the entire audience and turning over unanswered questions to the audience, so everyone really gets to participate.  We will even come out and play let's make a deal with audience members to add some excitement.

Q: What is the free school dance program and why is that a benefit for us:
A: Every school participating will earn a certificate for a school dance at half price!  If the school reaches $15,000 in funds raised we will upgrade that to a FREE SCHOOL DANCE Certificate.  For every additional $5,000 the school earns we will give you another free school dance certificate.  If an entire school district signs up their high schools for fundraisers, the top fund raising school could win a FREE GOLD PROM DANCE PACKAGE (Value: $1500)  This is important for several reasons.  Most schools have trouble paying for professional entertainment.  We are a real company with legal music, edited versions (language and content), liability insurance, and we have been rated as the top DJ company in the Phoenix Metro area by numerous sources.  You get professional entertainment at an affordable price (or free)!  How is that for a win-win situation?
